Acceptable Stay, Poor Receptionist

Tropical garden villa have been nice.

The girl at reception is completely misplaced. Her rudeness ruined the hotel impression from the start and i do not appreciate this. She looked unkempt and acted unhelpfully at best. Each time my friend visited, she made a fuss, acting like some kind of guard dog.

big bath large bed peaceful place poor wifi staff phone discount refusal

the villa had a big bath and bathroom i found the large bed very comfortable. the decor inside was beautiful i thought the garden outside was fine. i could relax my mind and body because it was a peaceful place.

the reception staff did not want to know you after check in i observed them hiding on their phones. the wifi did not allow streaming on the in room tv it was very poor. i asked for a discount because of a flight reschedule but it was refused.

established plant nice ground lovely pool uninterested staff weak wifi lobby staff

the grounds are quite nice. the plants are well established and complement the layout. the swimming pool is also lovely. i thought it was an oasis when returning from the bustle.

the lobby staff did not seem interested after check-in. they was busy with their phones behind a screen. the wifi was not strong enough for streaming on the tv in the room. i mentioned this to the staff several times, but nothing changed.
